Inline pressure compensator valve
Description
Inline pressure compensator valve in screw-in cartridge design with adjustable or fixed pressure compensator spring. The pressure compensator valve maintains a constant differential pressure through an orifice (e.g. control edge of a proportional directional valve). It ensures that a determined amount of oil, independent of the load pressure, flows through the spool valve when the control spool is in a specific position. Inline pressure compensators are mostly used in conjunction with proportional valves, but can also be used with orifices or throttle valves to ensure constant volume flow control.
Application
Mit Hilfe der Inline-Druckwaagen wird der Volumenstrom unabhängig vom Lastdruck am Verbraucher geregelt. Zylinder- oder Motorengeschwindigkeiten bleiben konstant. Sind mehrere Verbraucher parallel in Betrieb, steht jedem der volle Systemdruck zur Verfügung. Bei schwingungskritischen Anwendungen, zum Beispiel bei Lastdruck <25 bar am Anschluss 3(x), bitte um Rücksprache. Mit der verstellbaren Druckwaagefeder wird dem Anwender eine Optimierung des Systems direkt an der Anlage ermöglicht. Um Einstellungen zu sichern, kann die Verstellschraube mit einer Sicherungskappe versehen werden.
