Our portfolio ranges from small standard power packs with a tank volume of 6 liters and 0.2 kW output to customized large power packs with a tank volume of over 1,500 liters. Our hydraulic power units offer a modular design, high energy efficiency and easy maintenance.
BM-Compact4 Standard powerpack
The BM-Compact4 powerpack is often used for tensioning or clamping functions in milling machines. Due to its cost-optimised and compact construction it is suited for a wide variety of machine types. On the intelligent basic control unit with passive energy-saving circuit, the required valve circuits are installed, tested and delivered on a modular basis by the Wandfluh assembly personnel in a very short time.
BM-Reform6/F Standard powerpack
The BM-Reform6/F powerpack is used in machine tools with very demanding criteria regarding functionality and energy efficiency. In order to achieve the highest possible energy efficiency, it can be optionally equipped with a frequency converter which is mounted directly on the motor and which offers full industry 4.0 conformity. To ensure the highest oil purity for critical applications, a pressure filter can be additionally mounted. On the intelligent basic control unit with active energy-saving circuit, the required valve circuits are installed, tested and delivered on a modular basis by the Wandfluh assembly personnel in a very short time.
Serial powerpack for grinding machines
Customer-specific serial powerpacks for grinding machines. The hydraulic powerpack has a separate lubrication circuit with a maximum pressure of 1 bar and also a high-pressure circuit for the oil supply of the hydraulic functions such as clamping, tensioning, or moving dressers.

Whether for stationary industrial applications or mobile machines - our power units can be equipped with the latest valve technology, sensors and controls on request. We pay attention to energy efficiency, compactness, ease of maintenance and durability.
Manufacture
Our hydraulic power units are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001-certified processes. Every step is carefully documented and monitored, from the development, design and subsequent assembly of the hydraulic and electrical components to the final inspection.
We use high-quality materials and components in combination with automated processes and expert craftsmanship to ensure consistently high quality. Each unit is tested for leaks, pressure stability and functional reliability before delivery – for reliable operation in later use.
Commissioning
After successful production and delivery, the hydraulic power unit is commissioned directly on site at the customer's premises or as part of a test run in our workshop. Our technicians check all functions and safety precautions in conjunction with the overall system. Parameters such as pressure, volume flow and temperature behavior are fine-tuned and documented. On request, we can also integrate the system into existing systems and instruct the operating personnel. The aim is a smooth, safe start-up of the unit - for maximum operational reliability right from the start.
