Flawless function under extreme conditions

Harsh sea conditions require technology that is both robust and proven to function reliably across a wide temperature range. For applications above sea level, we concentrate on corrosion-resistant and explosion-proof valve technology. In subsea environments, we provide valves that are specifically designed for underwater use, ensuring they operate effectively under high water pressure and maintain optimal tolerances to minimize system oil capacity needs.

Thanks to pressure equalization, these valves are suitable for use in submersible vehicles (ROVs) at depths of up to 6,000 meters and are often operated with biodegradable water glycols. In numerous projects, we have collaborated closely with customers to develop tailored solutions that address the highly specialized requirements of the industry.

APPLICATION: TETHER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (TMS)

The tether management system (TMS) allows remotely-operated vehicles (ROVs) to be safely stored, launched, deployed, and recovered while working at depth, independent of the support vessel's movements. Utilizing different cable lengths enables the ROV to operate over a larger radius. Additionally, the hydraulic and electronic components are specifically designed to withstand cold temperatures, whether in water or at extreme depths.
