First insight into the world of work

On Thursday, November 14, 2025, we opened our doors to more than 20 enthusiastic children for this year's Future Day at Wandfluh in Frutigen.

From the very first moment, they were greeted with fresh energy, curious minds and lots of enthusiasm. After a warm welcome and a brief introduction to who we are and what we do, the children explored our production areas, discovered different professions and even made a little surprise to take home.

In the afternoon, they accompanied their parents or mentors to their workplaces and got a real insight into everyday working life. A unique opportunity to experience how diverse and meaningful the world of engineering, manufacturing and office jobs can be.

With days like these, we want to help young talents find out what motivates them, what arouses their curiosity and which path to the future suits them best. After all, choosing a career is a big step and we are proud to accompany the next generation on this journey.
