Stainless poppet valve cartridge

Wandfluh has extended the solenoid actuated poppet valve cartridge with an execution for use in very corrosive environments. The valve is made of stainless materials and coated with high-quality surface protection. It can switch volumes up to 40 l/min at up to 350 bar. In the closed position, the metallically sealing seat closes the valve practically leakage-free. The universally applicable valve has the most common solenoid connections and voltages. It is optionally available with an integrated manual override. The valve body is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The solenoid coil and the armature tube are very well protected against corrosion by the zinc-nickel coating (1000 h in salt spray test). The direct operated valve of nominal size M22 is available as a 2/2-way function, as normally open or normally closed, with the designation SDSPM22-AB_K9 or –BA_K9 and as a 3/2-way function with the designation SDSPM22-FG_K9. It is used in applications where tight closing of lines is required, such as for example holding a load with a 2/2-way function, operating an actuator or as pilot control of a main valve using the 3/2-way function.
