Proportional pressure reducing valve

The new pressure reducing valve regulates output pressures from 0 to 200 bar proportionally to the adjusted solenoid current. The valve is used in applications where pressure must be regulated accurately independent of the input pressure.

Via the solenoid current, the proportional valve can continuously adjust pressures up to max 200 bar and be used for volume flows up to 25 l/min.

The complex armature tube bearing leads, together with coated and precisely coordinated valve parts, to a very sensitively adjustable pressure with low hysteresis. The hardened and polished valve component parts lead to minimum wear and guarantee a long service life. The external parts of the valve are zinc-nickel coated and therefore provide high corrosion protection.

For the optimum use in the application there are different pressure ranges of 20 / 80 / 115 and 200 bar available.

The valve with the designation MPPPU10 is available as a 3-way function in a UNF 7/8" cavity and can be operated with all Wandfluh standard and special solenoid coils in the size 35 mm. A solenoid coil with integrated electronics is likewise available and enables adjustment and aligning of the valve ex-factory.
