Manual Flow Control Cartridges

Wandfluh as a Swiss hydraulic component manufacturer is putting a new generation of manual flow control cartridges on the market.

These are load-compensated 2-way and 3-way screw-in cartridges for the cavities M22x1.5 respectively M33x2 in accordance with ISO 7789.

The directly driven screw-in cartridges are distinguished by an excellent linearity over the whole pressure range as well as by a low leakage rate.

The valves are designed for a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar.

In case of the 2-way versions, nominal volume flow steps of 6.3 to 70 l/min are available, in case of the 3-way versions, nominal volume flow steps of 25 to 100 l/min.

Flow control valves are utilised for precise feed control systems as well as for control systems of hydraulic motors.
